"Being in a car accident is one of the most frightening and stressful experiences I've ever been through, but I can't say enough wonderful things about Chris Godley and his team at State Farm.
From the moment the accident happened, Chris and his agency were there for me. They got on the phone with me immediately after the accident, walked me through everything, and made me feel supported during a very overwhelming time. By the very next day, I was already in a rental car, my vehicle was at the collision shop, and the entire claims process was underway without me having to worry about the details.
What impressed me most was the genuine care. Chris personally called me multiple times to check on how I was doing, make sure I was okay, and reassure me that his agency was handling everything. That level of compassion, professionalism, and communication is incredibly rare.
When my car was returned, it looked absolutely perfect. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and what could have been a nightmare was made so much easier because of Chris and his team.
If you're looking for an insurance agent who truly cares about his clients and stands by them when they need it most, I wholeheartedly recommend Chris Godley State Farm. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me. They turned one of the worst days of my life into an experience where I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.
